Hi, I'm Dan Go, owner of Thornhill personal training. You're probably aware how difficult it is to lose weight in Thornhill or anywhere else on the planet. This is despite of all the gyms and weight loss centers that have cropped up in the area over the years.
Some people do succeed in losing weight, but only to regain that weight almost as soon as they left the gym. But why is this? It isn't their fault of course. It's the fault of the program that they enrolled themselves in. Much as the program promised them to lose weight, it didn't deliver.
If you find yourself in a similar situation, then I can tell you that I was in the same situation too, 10 years ago to be exact.
I used to have my own weight problems. But instead of instantly deciding to lose weight, I made matters worse by continuing to smoke, drink and eat a lot. With that, I became the butt of jokes of my friends and family.
It took a while before I finally decided to go to the gym to lose weight. Instead of that happening, I gained more weight instead! So I resorted to other ‘solutions' that involved taking fat loss drugs, watching aerobics DVDs and buying an ab gadget. But even these things didn't work.
So I took matters into my own hands. I decided to research on various weight loss methods myself. I invested a lot of my time and several thousands of dollars for this. A decade passed before I finally hit paydirt and found the most effective weight loss solution there is!
Why do I say it's effective?
It's because I quickly lost 37 pounds soon
after I tried the solution myself!
Sure it took me 10 years before learning about it but it was worth it.
Inspired by my discovery, I decided to shift careers to become a personal trainer. Today, I help local residents lose weight through my personal training program in Thornhill.
I designed my program in a way that prevents boredom and plateau and a host of other problems associated with traditional methods. At the center of the program is what I call my ‘Fat Loss Toolbox'. In that Toolbox are various workouts where I choose one to teach my clients every week. With a new workout to try every week for 6 weeks, my clients never get bored and don't reach the plateau.
The program is also designed to speed up metabolism so that my clients can see results almost instantly!
