Hi, I'm Dan Go, a personal trainer serving the Richmond Hill area. Locals consider me as their most celebrated personal trainer, and although their reasons for saying this differ, the thing that's for sure is that I perfectly know how it is to have weight problems.
I used to have weight problems myself a decade ago. However, instead of doing something about it, I just continued smoking, drinking and eating too much.
Things changed when my friends and family began making fun of how fat I looked. So when the jokes became more frequent and harsher, I decided to lose weight. I didn't find much success though, even if I tried going to the gym, taking fat loss pills, and a host of other weight loss products.
I was desperate for a solution, so I tried to make a solution myself. So I did my research and began my quest to find the most effective weight loss solution. I invested several thousands of dollars on books and other materials about losing weight and working out.
I rapidly lost 37 pounds when I tried it myself!
Ten years passed before I finally found what I now know is the most effective weight loss solution out there. But I know that those 10 years were well spent because I found the solution that really works. How did I know that it worked? That because I rapidly lost 37 pounds when I tried it myself!
Because of what happened, I decided to become a personal trainer and share everything I've learned to everyone in Richmond Hill. I then turned my findings into the weight loss program that I now use to help local residents with their weight problems.
If you hire me as your personal trainer, here are some of the things you can expect from my 6-week weight loss program:
- "Always-fresh" workouts. Some workouts need to have an expiry date. That's because other Torono personal trainers will make you do the same workouts over and over again until you're bored and you experience burnout. In contrast, I'll provide you with new workouts every week so you'll always have something to look forward to.
- Nutrition advice. I will also show you how to eat right so that you can lose weight rapidly just like I did and at the same time keep yourself from gaining weight ever again.
