Hi, I'm Dan Go of the Markham Weight Loss Program. Local residents call me the most celebrated fitness trainer in the area. Their reasons for saying this vary, but if there's one thing that's for sure, they wouldn't have called me that if they met me 10 years ago.
You see, I used to have weight problems myself. At first, it was my own fault why I was overweight because I smoked, drank booze and ate a lot like there's no tomorrow. But after being the butt of the jokes of my friends and family for years, I decided to do something about it.
So I went to the gym and worked my butt off. But after countless hours in the gym, I didn't lose any weight. In fact, I became heavier while I worked out! Frustrated, I tried other weight loss methods, from taking fat loss pills, to watching aerobics DVDs, to buying an ab gadget – all of which were as useless as my gym time.
I was desperate to find a solution to my weight problem. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and did my own research for the best weight loss method that I could ever find. I did that even if it meant spending several more thousands of dollars for books and other reference materials that I hoped would help me solve my problem once and for all.

It took 10 years before I finally hit paydirt. And hit paydirt I did because I quickly lost 37 pounds when I tried the perfect weight loss method I discovered! It didn't matter if I spent a decade looking for the answer to my prayers, what matters was that I found it.
But I wasn't going to keep my discovery a secret. Call it a statement to disprove all the lies that other trainers pass around, but I decided to become a personal trainer myself to share to Markham's residents a truly effective way to lose weight!
Today, I help my clients with their weight problem with my Markham Weight Loss Program. Here are a few things that's included in this 6 weeks of intense workouts designed to help people lose weight rapidly:
- 1. Always fresh, never boring workouts. Boredom is the single most destructive element in any type of workout. That's why I have what I call my ‘Fat Loss Toolbox'. Inside the Toolbox are various workout methods where I chose one workout per week and teach them to my clients. And because my clients and I don't know what's in store for us for the week, things are always exciting during those 6 weeks.
- 2. Unlimited email support. Most trainers end their support for their clients at the end of the session. In contrast, my clients can contact me anytime simply by sending me an email.
